He discussed the job and his approach and asked poignant questions to make sure his approach would provide the best outcome to meet my expectations (half my drive way is 30+ years and half was put in a few years ago). Michael answered his phone on the first call unlike the other companies I reached out to and never responded. He was fast and efficient. My house looks great clean and fresh! I am referring him to family and friends for other jobs because that’s what you do when you find great service. He also does other work besides pressure washing which is a plus. Michael did an awesome job on my driveway and pool deck. Most surfaces were black and just calling out to get cleaned. It was the best outcome I've ever had with pressure cleaning since I've lived here over 18 years. They are now sparkling and bright. 2 of my neighbors were so impressed with outcome that he didn't make it off my block before getting 2 more jobs! Already have a reminder on my calendar to call him again next year! I forgot to take "before" pics, so 1st photo is a recent snapshot of how they looked before, the entire driveway and pool deck were like that. Rest are the after.

Mike and his partner herein good communication with me about when they would be antsy home. They power washed the front of my house, the patio, the large bricks I have around my bushes out front, the driveway and the sidewalk today. I hired them to wash off my driveway and walk ways to a multi unit building, after 5 months of construction in and out of the property. We agreed to a price for the main parking area and sidewalks only. This company showed up in the morning, not only did they do an awesome job on the lot, they also cleaned the curbs around the landscape and the walls of the building. I thought the building was repainted because it looks brand new. That saved me from having to spend money to paint the building. Excellent service. Excellent price. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to manage properties or has a fixer upper.

I used to spend an entire day pressure washing my driveway, patio and sidewalks and was exhausted by the end of the day. After seeing some of Mike’s work, I decided to hire a professional and I am so very glad I did! Mike finished the job in a couple of hours and the results are far better than anything I ever did. Mike has all the right gadgets, the price was very reasonable, and the attention to detail (all edges cleaned and so was the gutter) was evident. Preasure washed my driveway and parking area and walkway, that was really dirty and had mold with some over grown areas. They also washed my white fence that had some mold growing as well. They did a great job.
